CLASSIC & HISTORY
Understand the history of Pilates and learn the classical order—and why it works. We teach you the method behind each movement, not just the choreography.
SCULPT & SEQUENCING
Learn to teach dynamic sculpt classes using props and intentional sequencing. Build flows that are seamless, effective, and intelligently layered.
ANATOMY & INJURY PREVENTION
Learn the fundamentals of anatomy as they relate to Pilates, along with how to recognize and safely modify for common injuries in a group setting.
BUSINESS & PLAYLISTS
Go beyond the workout. Learn how to audition, get hired, and grow as an instructor—plus how to create playlists that elevate the entire class experience.
SMALL GROUPS
We keep cohorts intentionally small so every student is supported. Interactive, hands-on, and personalized—no one gets lost in the room.
INCLUDED
Comprehensive manual, in-person training hours, practice teaching, and ongoing support—everything you need to confidently start teaching.
WHO TEACHES THE PROGRAM:
This program was created and refined by founder Christina Donato, a third-generation Pilates instructor whose training lineage traces directly back to Joseph Pilates through the Romana tradition. Christina completed her comprehensive Pilates certification through Equinox in London across all Pilates apparatus and has spent almost a decade teaching clients of all levels, from beginners to athletes, doctors, and wellness professionals.

Her background spans Classical Pilates, Contemporary Reformer, Mat Sculpt, and athletic-based movement systems, allowing her to blend traditional Pilates principles with modern teaching methods.

Lead instruction is guided by Jamie Carpio, who is comprehensively certified across all Pilates apparatus and has over five years of experience teaching Mat, Reformer, Cadillac, and private Pilates sessions.

Many teacher training programs focus on memorizing exercises. We focus on understanding the method.
Because our instructors are comprehensively trained across all Pilates apparatus, you'll learn not just what to teach, but why each movement exists, how it connects to the larger system, and how to confidently modify, progress, and cue exercises for different bodies.
Our goal is to develop knowledgeable, confident instructors who understand the principles behind the movement, not just the choreography.
